With personal accounts many have done all registration but a significant number allow self registration, though the latter is usually associated with particular sets of students and for certain assignments.
Access accounts always use IP address checking by default, though DSPs can even turn this off if they want.
Stats are a headache. Keep a rolling year for analysis. Can download recent ërawí stats to sites for their own analysis. Also considering keeping running totals on line so insts can see what theyíve used to date.
