Synergy Sessions and Project Briefings

The Synergy Sessions and Project Briefings provide opportunities for Meeting participants to interact informally about projects and ideas of their own choosing. Sessions will be scheduled from 11:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and 2:15-3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29 and from 10:00-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, November 30. Sessions on Tuesday will be 75 minutes and sessions on Wednesday will be 45 minutes.

You are encouraged to consider convening a Synergy Session to discuss an idea in which you are interested, or a Project Briefing to describe an initiative in which you are involved. Project Briefings are primarily intended to provide information about a project's goals, progress, and lessons learned, but they may also involve demonstrations. State your willingness to convene one of these sessions in the space below and provide an abstract that will be included in the Meeting Agenda.

Attendees appreciate having some materials to take back to their home institutions. We will distribute one page (two-sided) handouts for Synergy Sessions and Project Briefings in the Registration Packets. Please indicate whether you will provide a handout. Materials are due in the Coalition office (on disk or via e-mail to joan@cni.org) by November 7. These materials will also be posted on the CNI server.
