I was just on the phone today with this
same issue. You were better off than I.
AT&T calling card fees for calls made this
July, from Italy were $2.07/min plus a $3.50
service fee. How did you get away with
a lower rate???
All ATT would do for me was to remove a couple
of invalid Telecom Italia charges for unnecessary
operator interventions, a grand total of $1.04
in refund on a $400 set of charges for calls from
Italy...
