The Senate is expected to begin consideration of the Commerce, Justice,
State Approrpiations bill Moday evening. Senator Kerrey (D-NE) will
offer an amendment to restore funding for the TIIAP program. We are in
the process of finalizing a sign-on letter of national organizations
supportive of the amendment. If your organization is interested in
