The registration fee is $400.00 per person for 2 individuals per institution; $350.00 per person for more than 2 individuals per institution. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 40 INDIVIDUALS. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INSTITUTIONS SENDING MORE THAN ONE TEAM. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE.
