Dear readers,
Shortly, I will be re-posting several messages which were sent to this
list over the past several days. I received a patch for the ListProcessor
on the CREN distribution list for ListProcessor, and installed it last
Saturday. Unfortunately, there was a bug in the patch that caused
messages to be delivered with invalid header information on lists which
are configured in a certain manner. I noticed this earlier today in
reviewing the archives for the affected lists. I believe this problem
will not affect Digest delivery of messages.
If you have received some of these messages previously, you will have
noticed that not all of the header information was present. Notably,
the malformed messages were missing subject lines and contained only
an e-mail address in the RFC822 From: field.
I apologize for the duplication and any problems this might have caused.
