I think this is a great idea. It might be useful if this list could
avoid some other internet regulatory issues, not because they aren't
important, but simply because they take up so much bandwidth and are
addressed in such great detail elsewhere. I am thinking of crypo,
pornography (CDA, content labeling, etc.) and junk email as high
bandwidth issues. But in any case, good idea. jl
