The FCC called us and they are doing a rural telcom policy review and
would like 5 good case studies/examples of how rural telecommunications
has helped rural economic or community development efforts (they want
these like yesterday!).  Please email or fax examples that have been
written up.  Examples and that quantifiable results would be helpful.
