I saw your note on the EDUPAGE congestion story, and it reminded me to
drop you a note.
First, I wanted to say thanks for including me in yesterday's meeting:
I hope we have the chance and ability to conduct similar discussions
in the future.
Second, I wanted to repeat my offer from yesterday: if you do try to
write up a proposed ISP policy, I'd be interested in contributing, if
you wanted input.
Third, regarding bandwidth pricing, MIT Press has a fascinating new book
called _Internet_Economics_, with all sorts of papers on pricing. I
haven't read all of them, but I'm convinced that I don't fully understand
the problem...
