Apparently, some postings which were approved for distribution late 
last week were never distributed by the ListProcessor.  I'm not sure
what happened, but I think it might be that the approvals were 
received at the same time I was shutting down the system in order to
install some new disk drives.  They should have been approved after
the system came back up, but weren't.

In any event, I've approved them this morning again.  They will be 
going out shortly.  Sorry for the delay.
