Directions to Hilton Gateway
Train: Arrive the easy way! Use Amtrak from as far as Boston or Washington
DC -- or the PATH train from New York City. Get off at the Newark station
and walk through the skywalk right ot the hotel!
>From New Jersey Turnpike (north or south): Take Exit 15E. Follow signs
for Newark (Raymond Blvd.) Go about 2 miles to Pennsylvania Station. At
the light before the station, turn left onto Raymond Plaza East. At the
next light, turn right onto Raymond Plaza West.
Interstate 78 East: Take Exit 58A. Follow sign to Route 1&9 South, take
the second exit, 21 North (Newark/McCarter Highway.) Follow 21 for about
3 miles until you see a tall white building with "Gateway Center" on it.
Make that right turn onto Market Street, then make an immediate left onto
Raymond Plaza West.
Holland Tunnel: Take Route 1&9 to the Pulaski Skyway. Follow sign to
Newark (Raymond Blvd.) Proceed down Raymond Blvd. until you reach
Pennsylvania Station. At the light before the station, make a left onto
Raymond Plaza East. At the next light, turn right onto Market Street. Go
to the following light and make a right onto Raymond Plaza West.
Garden State Parkway (North): Take Exit 145. Follow signs for Route 280
East. Take Exit 16 (Harrison Avenue) off Route 280. At second stop light,
turn right onto Harrison Avenue. Go over bridge. At the next light, turn
left onto McCarter Highway (21 South.) Go past Hilton to second light and
turn left onto Edison Place. Make an immediate left onto Alling Street.
Garden State Parkway (South): Take Exit 142. Follow to 78 East. See
directions above for Interstate 78 East.
