Congratulations on being named convenor of this ISO metadata group (and
of course, moderator of the GILS list). I was at the Digital Archiving
Directions workshop at NARA a few weeks ago, and it was obvious (to me
anyway, as a member of the data access and mgt working group at the
workshop) that the scope of your working group will be _extremely_
relevant for progress in digital archives/repositories. It was also
very evident that there is still a great need for more systematic
communication between interested parties. I would appreciate it if you
would keep us informed via this list of meetings, agendas, and decisions
made by SC32 WG2. Thanks,
