Peter,

Will "annual reporting under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. (See
OMB Bulletin No. 98-03, November 18, 1997)" be available to the public?
I had heard that there was a FOIA request for these to OMB that was
turned down. Will OMB make these available through its E-FOIA web site
or otherwise?
