As a former contractor for the EPA working with several of the imaging
information databases and CERCLIS it has been my impression that none of
the imaging databases nor CERCLIS nor any other system within EPA actually
integrates with any other system and having a system that would coordinate
such a task would be likened to the seven headed Greek monster that no
mortal could look at without suffering the consequences. Perhaps as a 
contractor I wasn't able to see the bigger picture of where EPA was going 
with all of their current 7 headed beast.
