Subject: Contacts list for GILS issues

I am sure many of us are often asked for the names of others who may be
focused on some particular aspect of GILS. I have taken a first shot at
producing a list of about 75 such contacts, organized by focus areas such as
Policy, Services, Standards, and Technology.

I would like to ask that you take a moment to look over this list and let me
know of any corrections needed or additional contacts that should be
included. Though nothing links to it yet, the list is available for review
at <http://www.usgs.gov/gils/contacts.html>.
