I would like to see the field, Cross Reference, used not only for 
other locator records but also for "or related information resources". 
DLA has used the field, Cross Reference, to point to other related 
information already.  Locator Records are just that locating info for 
the public. 

While on this subject, how about adding more cross reference fields 
than just two.  I would like to use this field to point to our field 
activities that make this agency happen.
