Thank you for putting together a proposal. I have no objection to
using the GEO Profile structure definitions, since it would be best
for the two profiles to be compatible. I do have a couple questions:
1. Why are Date and Time separated into two elements? Unless the
date and time are required to be separately searchable, I think
there's really no need to separate them into two elements.
2. What is the repeatability of these elements? I'm assuming that at
a minimum, Multiple Dates/Times is a repeatable element.
