At the University of Texas-Pan American, we are planning to start
electronic reserves, and I have two questions regarding copyright:

1) If you are mounting journal articles, do you charges fees for printing
copyrighted material?
2)Do you pay the owner of the copyright a copyright fee before you mount
copyrighted material?
