Hi, re copyright policies--

Take a look at the Crash Copyright Course at the University of Texas. 
Georgia has pointers to some policy sites.  Also check out the copyright
guidelines (I think that's what is is called) at the
fairuse.stanford.edu site.  Tons--

I, too, would like to know of good repositories.  Some collections have
relocated or eliminated some information due to disc space, I suspect.
