     Will anyone share their library copyright policy?

     We are in the process of developing a policy, to be approved by the
campus, which will deal with reserves (traditional and electronic), ILL
and e-journals.  The policy could include writing for permission, use
from term to term, keeping electronic files stored from term to term,
etc., etc. 

     I have checked several resources on the web, but many seem to deal
with inventions, contracts... 

     Please send me a sample copy or give me your URL.

     By the by, please also let me know if you are from a small or large
institution, private or public.
