There is an 11 page article entitled "ERes-Electronic Reserve on the 
World Wide Web" by Philip R. Kesten and Slaven M. Zivkovic in volume 
7, issue 4 of The Journal of Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery & 
Information Supply. The issue just came out.
