Part of the problem is that we really have to include sound and video
recordings, photographs, images, multimedia, html documents...
Otherwise, in a couple of years we are going to be told that none of
these things are included in the definition and all the discussions
will have to begin anew. I think that some medical schools have begun
to provide graphics on-line for their students already.
