    I am interested in hearing from anyone who has worked with the CCC's
pilot electronic reserves permissions service.  I'm interested in what
portion of the requests were granted, what the average costs was, and any
other information you feel is important.

    Also, I am interested in hearing from anyone who has compared the costs
of electronic reserve of copyrighted material that requires permissions
(i.e., not course syllabi, or copyrighted material that falls under Fair
Use guidelines) with the cost of producing course packs for the same
material.
